EE was removing right side blade pin from [REDACTED]. EE was using a hammer and a punch to remove blade pin. While hammering the EEs thumb got in between the punch and the pin bore of the machine. The EE thumb got crushed when the blade arm shifted causing the punch to move crushing the thumb between the punch and pin bore.
