What happened
Welding on component switching between grinding and welding to blend in low spots removed welding hood and put on grinding face shield. Felt something in eye tried to blink to get it out. Sliver or grinding particle was in eye. Unable to get it out tried flushing with eye drops and still unable to get it out. Went to safety meeting contacted lead looked at debris in eye. Debris was stuck not floating or moving. Contacted safety completed swab test transported to ER where debris was removed.
