What happened
i had a patient that was trying to get out of bed. The bed alarm was going off so i went into the room. Patient was sitting at the end of the bed. I squatted in front of patient told her to give me a hug and on the count of three we would move to the top of the bed. when i lifted and moved to the right my right knee popped. it immediately became stiff and painful.
