While exiting the Boom Lift employee stepped on a pallet which was approximately 14 inches tall and wrapped in plastic. While stepping down from that pallet to the floor his heal got caught in the plastic which caused him to fall. He put his hands out to catch himself which resulted in a facture to the right wrist
