Associate is a [REDACTED] veteran currently rotating between backtabs and second collar on [REDACTED] 's. SMART scans and ergonomic evaluations did not find any at-risk behaviors. She shared that the initial discomfort started a [REDACTED] when they were on a [REDACTED] that has the vinyl collar lining. Her rotation then was backtabs and second collar which she said she had to pinch on both operations. She has been seen both in [REDACTED] and proactively with this thumb hand over the [REDACTED].
