What happened
EE reported an injury while assisting a guest with a heavy bag. The guest was struggling to place the bag on the belt so another CSA pressed the button to start the belt and help move the bag along. EE reached for the bag to try to stop it. EE managed to pull the bag back from the main belt onto the dispatching belt. Shortly after she felt a burning sensation in her neck. Although [REDACTED] initially recommended home care EE declined and asked to see a doctor instead. She later said the pain was too intense to continue working and requested to leave early. She was advised to seek medical attention immediately and to keep us updated.
