Employee was pushing out ULDs from the ULD platform. He was walking back to the LRSA desk in the warehouse.

EE was walking on the [REDACTED] platform while he had his eyes leveled to his lead who standing nearby. As EE stepped down off of the [REDACTED] platform (6 inches) he landed his right foot on a 25 lbs. black ballast brick. EE 's ankle twisted outwards and he fell to the ground. EE did not see the black ballast brick that was lying on the ground.
