Monitoring carousel for baggage theft and left behind baggage.
What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was monitoring carousel 2 in baggage claim ensuring guests retrieve their luggage. After all guests have taken their luggage there was still a couple bags left behind that weren 't picked up. He picked up one of the totes off the carousel and felt a sharp pain in his left shoulder. The pain lasted a minute or so then subsided. He continued to work and tried to message the soreness out of his shoulder. He went home and continued home remedies for his shoulder but nothing was helping. He came into work today and tried to work but couldn 't lift his arm above his shoulder.
