EE was washing an item that was banded to pallet. EE grabbed a razor scrapper in order to cut the banding.

EE was washing an item that was banded to pallet. EE grabbed a razor scrapper in order to cut the banding. After banding was removed razor was placed in EEs rear left pocket handle down razor edge facing up. EE washed parts on pallet. When complete EE climbed onto forklift to move pallet to another area. When EE reached for forklift seatbelt with left hand razor cut palm near thumb. EE got ahold of supervisor after noticing blood. EE received 4 stitches
