What happened
Agent was attempting to connect carts to baggage tug. Unfortunately after parking the tug she noticed there was a small gap between the tongue of the cart and the connection hitch on the tug. Agent attempted to pull the carts using only the tongue of the lead baggage cart. Agent felt strain in lower back which increased in pain as time passed.
