What happened
An employee was unloading a flatbed truck of 1GS racks. During movement to the final location an unbanded rack and gates fell to the ground. The employee was picking the gates up and hanging them onto a rack resting on the ground. They lost their balance and fell to the ground striking their head on the edge of a rack which caused a laceration to the head.
