The crew was working outbound flight 193 and began loading the forward belly. The employee climbed on the beltloader to install the doorshield on the door. While installing the doorshield an agent at the bottom of the beltloader initiated the belt movement forward. Employee was pushed towards the cargo door and strained backwards.
