Before the incident
[REDACTED] was operating a forklift when the cases on the pallet toppled over thus causing her to restack the cases onto the pallet.
What happened
As the associate was restacking the cases her hand slipped in between two cases thus hyper extending her right thumb causing pain and discomfort to her wrist.

An associate was re-stacking a pallet by hand in the racking. When the associate corrected the positioning of one of the cases their right hand slipped in between two cases pulling back their thumb. As a result the associate experienced pain and discomfort in their thumb and wrist.
