Before the incident
[REDACTED] was operating a forklift when the cases on the pallet toppled over thus causing her to restack the cases onto the pallet.
What happened
As the associate was restacking the cases her hand slipped in between two cases thus hyper extending her right thumb causing pain and discomfort to her wrist.
