Associate was pulling a pallet of cases on the gravity conveyor on subline B of bagger 21.
What happened
When the associate stepped down from the subline she lost her balance causing her to trip backwards and fall. As a result of the fall the associate extended her arms behind herself to brace the fall in which this bracing action resulted in an injury and fracture to the right wrist.
