What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] EE was installing cold rails onto vertical post in the center section. During this process the cold rail was off + -.75 of an inch and did not fit where it was supposed to go and stuck into position at the connection point. Team members below loosened up the bolts of the vertical post to give play to install the beam. The vertical post was then manipulated to free up the cold rail. The EE was trying to get the beam unstuck and in the process the beam became loose and struck the EE in the chin causing a laceration and chipping their two upper teeth.
