Taping vapor barrier
What happened
SPD Hourly was bending down placing tape on vapor barrier when the worker stood up they felt pain in the lower back which radiant down both legs. Worker was taken to NLH Medics by their foreman. Worker was having trouble standing up which needed assistance by ATS Medical and other staff members in the trailer. Worker was able to lay down on the exam bed until EMS Arrives. On-site medics made the call to notify [REDACTED] and have the worker taken off site for further evaluation. Worker was transported by Monroe Twp EMS to Mount Carmel Hospital for further evaluation. Acute bilateral low back pain without sciatica.
