What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an associate climbed into the back of a trailer to retrieve the finished product. As the associate was exiting the trailer the associate stated that he stepped down and felt pain in his right knee. Associate advised that he spoke to line driver when seeking finished product for USDA run. Line driver advised him that trailer was off the door already. Line driver put associate in contact with [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] showed associate where trailer was located and opened partially filled trailer for him. Associate proceeded to climb up into the trailer on his own accord to retrieve product.
