Before the incident
EE notified manager via time card for several weeks starting in [REDACTED] that his left shoulder was bothering the EE with some discomfort. EHS followed up with the EE on a couple different occasions to see how to proceed and the EE was comfortable working as is. The EE notified EHS that an appointment was made for [REDACTED] regarding the soreness to left shoulder. The employee was released to full duties without restrictions as of [REDACTED] with a follow up appointment and possible MRI.; ; 5 [REDACTED] - UPDATE. EE released with restrictions on [REDACTED] regarding R shoulder lifting weight and movement. Attached.
