Before the incident
Employee was team lifting a impact glass glider for a sliding door patio when the EE felt a grinding sensation in the upper right quadrant of the EE abdomen on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] later in the shift aprox [REDACTED]. The EE continued to work that day. The following day [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the employee was working with a new employee and making a correction to a door cart pogo stick that was placed upside down on the cart and when the EE grabbed the spring side of the pogo stick to apply pressure to undo its placement felt a sharp stabbing pain in the same area of the abdomen. The EE immediately notified the dept Manager then EHS was notified. EHS spoke with the EE and it was determined that the EE would be rotated to another position to accommodate the soreness as the EE felt like continuing to work was okay. This was aprox [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Later in the day the EE stated that the pain had increased and thought perhaps leaving work to rest would be better. The employee late
