Employee was moving material from a sash cart to another cart while the employee bent down to pick up the material then stood and twisted the employee experienced sharp lower back pain. Employee stated that they had felt a pop and called for help. With some assistance the employee was moved to a chair where they were seated upon EHS arrived. The employee was assisted to a wheelchair moved to the front of the office lobby where the employees daughter picked the employee up.; [REDACTED] - EE returned to work with release for light duty restrictions of no lifting of more than 20lbs. Restrictions for two (2) days. EE should return from weekend on [REDACTED] without restrictions and return to full duty.
