What happened
The associate was standing on the end of a car deck while he cleaned off the robot gripper pads When he finished he attempted to step over the gap between the car deck and the walking platform During this process he stepped into the gap misjudged the distance and fell He landed on his feet but he had caught his arm on the stack of brick as he fell During the fall he hyperextended his arm which resulted in a dislocated left shoulder
