At [REDACTED] associate was crossing over a kiln car to grease the other side when he stepped off he felt a pinch in his groin Pain worsened over the [REDACTED] and he called his supervisor at [REDACTED] Associate wanted to wait until the following [REDACTED] to go to the Doctor Dr 's visit confirmed an hernia [REDACTED] Associate had a follow up at Urgent care and was referred to the emergency room to get an ultrasound evaluation due to severe pain [REDACTED] Associate was informed that he does not have a hernia just pulled a muscle that is causing swelling He was placed on medication and cleared to come back to work on [REDACTED] Associate has follow up at integrity urgent care on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Associate had an appointment with a general surgeon on [REDACTED] he has Surgery scheduled for [REDACTED] He is currently off of work until after his surgery
