Employee identified that the Heater was INOP and to remediate the environmental conditions employee made an attempt to turn off water. When employee was reaching for the shut off valve; employee Lower left arm touch hot pipe causing 2nd degree burn. Employee immediately went to urgent care on location for medical attention.
