EE tried adjusting the bowl speed to get the billets moving but it had no effect. He had to get into the frolic bowl to put the billets on the rails by hand to get them to feed around the bowl. While EE was picking up the billets a pinch was felt in the left shoulder. After the EE started running the next new job EE started feeling a sharp pain in the left shoulder and neck.

Left Shoulder Strain.

Steel Billet.

EE had to get into the frolic bowl to put the billets on the rails manually as they wouldn 't feed automatically. While picking up the billets EE felt a pinch in the left shoulder and later started feeling a sharp pain in the left shoulder and neck.
