What happened
on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] ee was at the asphalt plant at [REDACTED] with the asphalt hopper truck preparing to secure asphalt for the day. When she was applying diesel from a pump sprayer into the body of the asphalt hopper as a release agent the wind blew up causing the misted spray to fly back into her face mouth nose causing her to ingest a small amount of diesel spray into her lungs internally.
