What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Team Lead was training injured Member in case pack showing her how to take boxes down from the racking. As she drove the lift she backed out from the racking and hit the front left fork of an idle truck with her left quarter panel. Idle truck slid straight back and pushed injured Member in the wall resulting in a strain to her back.
