What happened
During the testing of new technologies at the HTC test wells area following the completion of the run-in-hole (RIH) and all associated tests for the first run two [REDACTED] employees began rigging down the equipment by disconnecting the tool string. While guiding a disconnected section to the ground one of the employees stepped back and tripped as the wireline was being lowered. In an instinctive reaction placed right hand on the floor to break the fall and immediately heard a snap in right wrist.
