Employee was going to work inside the Skid unit located outside the [REDACTED]. As soon as the employee opened the logging skid unit door he noticed panel against the wall was about to fall. He immediately reached out to keep the panel from falling. In doing so he injured his palm. The sharp metal edge caused cut on his palm.
