Steel Fabrication

A employee had a base plate that was hooked to base plate hooks. To break the weld free to move the base plate down. The employee knocked the plate loose it and come of the hooks and hit his left foot. The plate hooks were within the weight requirements of the plate. IE was given ibuprofen and ice was applied to the foot. After further pain and a trip ER. The IE has a broken bone in his foot.
