What happened
EE was backing trailer (2224) in to door 2 on 3 dock and states brakes and air bags were not working. When they got back to the dock door the bumper was too low from air bags not working and the dock lock creased the rear bumper. EE states they were told to just leave the trailer there as it was end of shift and 3rd shift would take care of it. EE pulled trailer up several feet and exited spotter truck to lower landing gear. As they were lowering the landing gear they felt pain in their shoulder
