Employee was walking down the stairs from the deck of [REDACTED] when he lost his footing and slipped. Employee was holding the handrail with his right arm when he lost his footing and slipped landing with this back on the steps. This put his right shoulder in a strain. EE was taken to Occupational Health for evaluation and X Ray. Employee was given a Trigger Point Injection - Ketorolac.
