Before the incident
Working in anodizing department checking and physically moving work bar.
What happened
Employee was physically moving the work bar on the anodizing system when he tripped over a water hose and fell to the ground. Right shoulder appeared to be out of place. While speaking with the Plant Manager employee moved his shoulder and it went back into place. Employee did not wish to seek medication treatment. On [REDACTED] employee advised EHS that he was still experiencing a 'burning ' sensation in his shoulder. Occupational Health Prescribed Steroids for pinched nerve.
