Before the incident
Associate was removing empty [REDACTED] shipping carts from a trailer at [REDACTED]. The dock lock was not engaged. The Tractor-trailer driver failed to disengage from the trailer. The driver was supposed to pick-up another trailer. After sitting at [REDACTED] for a few minutes the driver pulled away from the dock. As the driver pulled away the associate was pushing to shipping carts off the trailer onto the dock. As the truck pulled away the 2 carts fell to the ground along with the associate. The associate was transported to SRHS Emergency Room and treated for multiple contusions on his torso arms and legs and released.
