Before the incident
Employee notice a conveyor belt had came off so he went underneath the conveyor belt to put it back around the belt pully.
What happened
With his right hand he went to roll the belt back around the pully and when doing so his right hand glove caught the chain conveyor pulling his hand into the chain sprocket causing finger tip laceration to his pinky finger and laceration to third finger.
