he notice it was jamming up so he stopped the machine to clean it out and as he stopped it o]and opened up the lid he seen the front blades were stopped but wasn 't aware that the second blades were still going and as he reached in to scoop out the material his fingers caught the blades and cut his pointer and middle finger on his left hand.
