An Associate was walking down the waste water area ramp where the DAF controls are and slipped on ice from a gutter; hit and twisted his knee. Associate stated that they were not paying attention and was distracted by what was on their mind and just unconsciously walked onto the ice. Associate advised they are going and take a Motrin is not in pain just feels sore from the fall. Associate doesnt want to seek medical treatment now but may seek care if it worsens overnight. EHS offered him and ice pack and first aid associate declined. [REDACTED] Associate contacted EHS and advised that his knee is not feeling any better and he would like to seek medical care. He was referred to the Sentry Nurse line who then took over care and referred him out to urgent care and Concerta for follow up. He was advised to wear a brace on his right knee at all times.
