Before the incident
I had just positioned a patient for a chest xray and was returning to the counsel to make the exposure.
What happened
As I was rounding the corner to make the exposure I slipped on something. My rt foot came out from under me and I fell into the wall that encloses the control station. I tried catching myself slid partially down the wall and knocked the circular knob off of the dimming light switch.
