The EE had just parked and gotten out of the [REDACTED] truck after servicing the truck in the [REDACTED].
What happened
EE was had parked in an east to west direction on the south side of the building. He had needed to fill a 5gal. bucket of water. EE got out of the truck and went to reach for the bucket slipped and fell on his left side he tried to brace and balance himself on his hands and that 's when he realized his left hand was lacerated and bleeding. He called the Supervisor and reported the incident.
