The EE was completing a walk around of the aircraft before departure.
What happened
After completing his aircraft walkaround ahead of departure the Ramp Agent paused at the base of the jet bridge stairs at [REDACTED] to tie his safety shoe. As he bent forward the jet bridge suddenly began to retract. He tried to stand but his right foot became caught underneath the moving platform twisting and trapping him which caused him to fall and land forcefully on his left knee.
