Before the incident
EE was moving ULDs with cargo in them from the back of the aircraft to the front for offload
What happened
While attempting to pull a ULD forward using both straps the EE encountered resistance when the ULD got hung up and stopped abruptly. This caused the hands to slip off the straps and his momentum carried him backward. The EE attempted to spin mid fall and during the fall his right foot became caught in the butterfly lock cutting through his boot leading to two lacerations and a fracture to his right foot.
