What happened
In the morning of [REDACTED] team member approached a Safety Specialist stating that a few fingers on his hands his palms and elbow (mostly the right hand) were slightly sore. He related his pain to the repetitive motion of pushing copper tubes into the fins of a coil. He was instructed by management to lead only and not perform the regular assembly tasks for the next [REDACTED]. After a [REDACTED] he requested medical attention since he was not getting better.
