What happened
A team member had just finished draining water from the pre-rinse process at the PPF department down a drain. This team member was putting the hose away leaving the drain open momentarily. There was not caution sign around the open drain. Not even a full minute had passed since this team member had removed the hose from the drain when injured team member walked by the open drain looking straight ahead and missing the open drain. His left foot got caught in the drain which resulted in him tripping and landing on his right side.
