At [REDACTED] while elevated in Aerial Lift (Genie [REDACTED]-2632) one of the maintenance techs was troubleshooting the Shipping door #4 because the door was not fully closing. The overhead door began opening and pushed the aerial lift over. The lift was elevated 19 ft. while the employee was performing the task. Employee was inside the basket when it tipped over.
