On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] ee walked into the office at the waste reduction center expressing concerns to supervisor about not feeling well and not being able to cool down. ee walked out the office and passed out in the grass breathing but with other employees all assisted with aide to ee until EMS and the dire department arrived on the scene. ee was transport to UofL hospital by ambulance ee left the hospital before being seen by a doctor.
