What happened
[REDACTED] stated she was parking packer #4307 due to a breakdown on the yard around [REDACTED] with two tippers. As [REDACTED] attempted to exit the packer her left foot slipped due to the steps being high. When [REDACTED] landed she felt her right hip twist. [REDACTED] wasn 't in any pain at first but after sitting and waiting on a truck the pain sat in and she contacted her supervisor to report the incident. [REDACTED] stated she was using 3 points on contact while exiting the packer.
