While walking back to the cab of the truck ee stepped on a nail that was covered in dirt and debris. ee stated While training a driver i was teaching the mechanics of dumping at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] stepped on a rusty nail (with his left foot). I cleaned up the affected area immediately with hand sanitizer then bandaged area with [REDACTED].
