As ee was stopped at [REDACTED] so the two tippers could service the garbage carts ee stated a dump truck tried to pass him on the driver side and hit the from of the packer. The dump truck caused minor damage to the hood and driver side head light of the packer. ee did not want treatment the day of the accident but is now stating a previous injury
