What happened
[REDACTED] stated he was servicing garbage route #[REDACTED] with driver and tipper in packer #4302. While servicing the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was serving a broken garbage cart at [REDACTED] he was holding the can while trying to service it and use the flipper on the driver side of the packer when the can slipped off the flipper and smashed his right index finger. [REDACTED] 's skin was ripped off his finger in the process. [REDACTED] was only wearing the black cloth gloves during the time of the incident.
