What happened
[REDACTED] stated that around [REDACTED] he was on truck #4327 with driver and tipper servicing recycle route #47. While servicing the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (did not get an address) ee was jogging alongside of the truck when he tripped and fell in a ditch. When ee fell he injured his right ankle. ee stated he tried to walk it off but the pain was too much to tolerate when he tried to put any pressure on it. ee stated that is when he asked his driver to call the supervisor.
