While servicing the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stated he stepped down off the rear driver side riding step and stepped into a pothole. [REDACTED] fell to the ground and heard a pop: in his left ankle. [REDACTED] tried to lace his boots up tighten his boots up to k[REDACTED]p the swelling down and to finish the route but was unable to put any weight on his ankle. [REDACTED] and crew were all wearing proper PPE.
